I have always had a passion for food. Not a passion in which I eat everything in sight; rather, I eat to enjoy life. The sights, aromas, flavors, and textures; these are all things that go into a good dish. This passion has led me to seek my master’s degree as a communication student in a major 4-year university in South Florida. Upon graduating however, I hope to work for either National Public Radio, The Food Network, or one of the big three networks. But in the meantime I will continue to take life slow; taking a little sip of tea here, or a bite of a slow cooked pot roast there. You know…smell the proverbial roses.
at least tea is a good and natural aid vs the cold ;-)
